Great Service Great Price 7/5/2011

I had an great experience. My tire blew out on a Holiday. I was stuck at work, they told me to call when I could leave. They were right there with my spare tire on and they didn't charge me extra even though it was late at night and a Holiday. My son has used them as well and thought they were great. I hope I never need them again, but they will be the ones I call if I do. Thank you. more

Something to think about~~ 9/6/2010

If the body shop was not open, I can see why they would towed it to their yard. I can't imagine wanting my own vehicle just dropped off at an unattended shop. What time or the day did your accident happen? Just because the tow company tows 24/7 doesn't mean the body shop is open. I have used Holt & Mason Towing a few times and it has always been a good experience. more

Don't use them 8/23/2010

I was in an accident and asked for my vehicle to be taken to a specific shop. Rather than doing what I asked with my car they took it back to their tow yard. I assume so that they could charge for storage. It was very frustrating to call the body shop on Monday to ind out that my vehicle was not there. Glad that my insurance was covering the tow bill that was over 500$. more
