I would recommend Dr James Holt as a dentist. However, I will not recommend the office manager which is his WIFE. I have been a client of Dr Holt's for several years and I have had many things done to my teeth. I have brought his office other business as well. I went to a office over by my house and didn't like the dentist, so I just went back to Dr Holt. I proceeded to explain that they took my xrays. Holt's office could not get the xrays from that office that I had visited. They had to do xrays on me and they charged me, when they have several of my past xrays. The person that I sent to his office had the same problem, but they gave him a complimentary xray??? A year later I get a bill sent to the wrong address for these xrays. I had never been contacted in regards to this bill. I called a spoke to the office and asked for a call back. Instead I get a nasty bill remailed to me stating that they will take further action if not paid asap. The office manager does not have the greatest customer service and is very unpleasent to deal with.
