After spending $4000 for a new sofa and two recliners, you would think that someone might appreciate your business. The order was placed 12/31/10 and here we are on 3/31/11 and the order still has not been completed due to the error the made when ordering. He missed part of the order???. Any contact with the store has been initiated by myself. I think I have made at least (6) calls for an updated status. That Sales Managers only response has continued to be that he made a mistake and what do you want, me to go to Georgia to pick it up? When I advised I would never purchase from Holmwood's again, that sales managers's response was ""Oh well"". So when looking for a furniture store that really cares, it makes you think, is this where I should spend my hard earned money? Probably not.
