I have been a long time customer (15+ years) of Dr. Holmes, however due to my last visit, I will no longer be using his services. \r

The office manager (Crystal) was EXTREMLEY rude and unhelpful. She spoke to me as if I were a complete idiot, instead of being very ill with bronchitis. She refused to confirm my insurance, so I did not get to see Dr. Holmes, I instead sat around in his waiting room for 2 hours. Her tone and demeanor was completely uncalled for. My advice to Crystal would be to find a job where she works in complete isolation, because she certianly does not have people skills, and definitely does not need to be working with people who are ill. Even her office staff was saying how rude she is, and how bad of a mood she is always in.\r

It's sad when the manager of the business runs away customers that have been loyal for 15+ years.
Pros: Open 7 days a week
Cons: Terrible service, and VERY rude office manager.
