We always hate it when a customer, even the incapable and unknowledgeable have a problem. After 100,000 rentals over 20 years we understand there are some customers that just don't get it. Nothing they touch works, from a camera to a dishwasher. We have 24 hour support but if you can't even operate a telephone, we may not be able to help you. I would suggest using the internet tutorials as a back-up but fear that too is in excess of some's abilities. Maybe the confused user should hire someone. Call me - I have a list of 1000's.
