This recent visit (Nov. 4, 2007) to see Bourne Ultimatum, I found this theater to be an awesome deal.\r

Prior reviewers were right, tons of kids in the hall (stocked with video games), lines of people buying snacks, but that didn't really bother me, as I was just killing some time before my flight takes off.\r

I consider myself a movie lover. I like my movies to be IN FOCUS, and UNCROPPED (unlike so many of the EDWARDS theaters in Southern California that ZOOMED IN on all their pictures!!!). This theater offered sharp and focused picture, reasonable sound, and what looked like uncropped picture.\r

Throughout the movie, large lady behind me (thank God!) kept getting in and out, buying MORE concession food! Or, was it twin sisters tagging to get more food?!? I'm sure she (or her very hungry twin) went to the concession stand at least 3 times during the movie, each time apologizing to the oversized couple that had to get OUT for her to get back into her seats. \r

3/4 into the movie, we started hearing a snoring sound from the front. Everyone laughed. I thought a teenager was poking fun at the somewhat serious scene onscreen. Soon, I realize the snoring wasn't a teenage prank, as it came on again during the action sequence, competing with roaring motorcycle onscreen. While it ruined part of the movie experience (especially the person sitting directly next to that hibernating bear, I'm sure), the soundtrack soon won out this duel, & story moves on.\r

One thing that surprised me, was that they stopped the movie and turned on the auditorium lights as soon as the credits started to roll. Typically I like to sit through 1/2 of the credits before I get up. Here, everyone got up as soon as the movie ended. Uniformly, everyone got out of there single file. I'm sure it's just their way to squeeze one more showing at the end of the day.\r
\r
Excellent way to be entertained for just a $1.\r
