I've just purchase a brand new jeep Cherokee for the second time in seven years from Hollywood Chrysler Jeep and Dodge. The staff was extremely helpful customer care coordinator Ty McLaughlin got me for a test drive and paired me with sales professional Eduardo Garcia who was very patient. I happened to change my mind three times during the process. Eddie made it clear that at the end of the day I had to be happy with my purchase. I can honestly say I have no regrets and I got everything that I wanted. \r more

I got an awesome grand cherokee! what a car! And I did it over internet and the pick up of the car was fast and easy. Great team at Hollywood, very helpful and friendly. Other dealers were less eager to close the deal over the internet. I even got a ride from the salesman, Peter when it was time pick up the car. Ruel arranged it all for me. more

Great experience!!! I stopped by Hollywood Chrysler this afternoon looking to lease a new Jeep Laredo. In no time I left the lot in exactly what I was looking for. The general manager, Jeff Silverberg, and my sales rep Peter McCarthy made the experience stress free and pleasant. Their customer service and attention to detail is second to none. Take my advice and stop by and ask for Jeff and Peter. You will not be disappointed!! more

Lied about the car 1/2/2010

Called repeatedly to discuss a used car they were advertising as being in good shape. Told them we were driving up from Marathon in the Keys with cash in hand to buy the car. Salesman says only issue is a ding on the door. We get there and find a huge hole in the front bumper, dings all down the side of the car, a hole in the fender and a heavily oxidized rear bumper. Spent five hours driving 250 miles round trip. Jackass salesman actually said he ""must have missed the holes"" when confronted. more
