This is a horrible place to live. The management is generally clueless. The apartment was overpriced, and in poor condition when we moved in. Our meticulous reporting of problems was no use, as they charged us for damages that we reported and sued us when we refused the pay. \r \r I would recommend you stay far far away from this apartment complex and find a more reasonably priced, better run place. more

THEFT NOTIFICATION \r BEWARE OF THIS APARTMENT COMPLEX.\r \r They will not tell you up front but your personal property is not safe at this apartment complex. There have been several thefts there, you can get a report since it is public information. I know first hand of a couple of thefts there and then received a report indicating several more for the past year.\r \r ALSO - Management there DOES NOT CARE that your property is not safe there. You will receive no help from them once something happens to your property, car, or motorcycle. AVOID THIS PLACE!!! more

Nice place to live 5/25/2005

This complex is a great location, a short walk to Old Town. The apartments are well maintained with nice underground parking. The train also has a stop right next to the apartment which is very convinient for commuting. Other ammenities include a pool and a gym. more

Very nice apartments with spacious floor plan. Helpful office staff with weekend hours. Maintenence is responsive and quick. Grounds are kept very clean, underground parking garage is gated, and facilities include a swimming pool, jacuzzi, workout room,and barbeque area. Great location, close to the 210 and 134 freeways, and a block away from the famous Colorado Boulevard! Highly recommended. more
