We have been a customer since 2005 Love the service and quality to detail .My mother and sister now use Holly Maids to clean there home.I have had a used a lot of cleaning services in the past .Just to fine out that the cleaning started out great then things get missed and dont get cleaned. and things become missing.most cleaning service tell you they have Insurance and workman's comp.ask for proof and check it out for your self .Holly Maids has Insurance workman's comp. more

WOW without question the most dishonest people you could find! I used them for a one time house cleaning as I was moving and after arriving they quoted 4 hours to clean a 3000 sqft totally empty and vacant house .... NINE (9) HOURS, yes 9 HOURS later they were still there. They forced me to sign the bill for the FULL NINE (9) HOURS (which I wrote on it that I only approved 4 hours). They never gave me a copy of what was signed and after chasing them for weeks, and only after my Credit Card was billed, did I finally received a copy in the mail BUT they had ""Whited Out"" my comments and dispute that was clearly written on the original bill. Unbelievable!!! Let me ask you a question?. Why would you ever do business with a company that operates in this manner? The answer, DON?T. I only feel fortunate that the house was empty and there were no valuables to be stolen. more

this company did an OK job, not great but not terrible either. the pricing was expensive $115 per week for a house but they rip you off if you try to save by cleaning twice a month - they raise the rate to $145 for biweekly. The main problem for us was that stuff started to disappear. first an ipod, then my son's wallet with $200 cash inside, then a brand new cell phone and a gps unit all disappeared without a trace. we did end up finding the wallet, thank God, but we tore the house apart looking for the other items which were never found. my son's new cell phone disappeared 2 days after christmas which of course broke his heart. we have had a couple of service people in the house so i can't prove they did it but why take the chance?? especially for over-priced mediocre cleaning...oh yeah, they were also nasty when i called to cancel!!
