Larissa gives terrible customer service. Whether Groupon was at fault or not for the mix-up with the demi-permanent color offer, she did not really do anything to compromise with me. She instead asked for an additional amount of more than the Groupon to get the stated services. Also, she seemed to be trying to jump in and push me into getting my ""roots"" done (I have never permanently colored my hair) and was getting very agitated, to the point where I no longer felt I could trust her to even cut my hair. And with my graduation ceremony tomorrow, I am very upset that we could not have compromised, and that I will not be looking my best for my big day. Terrible experience.
