They came out and looked at our unit. It took three hours to diagnose a problem, meaning they charged me 300 for doing nothing but telling me that i needed to replace the whole unit for thoursands more because one piece was bad. when i pressed them on why i couldn't just replace the one part, they became incoherent. i got a second opinion, which cost 90 bucks, and got the problem fixed by replacing a 100 dollar part. No more Hollub.
Pros: They arrived within the four-hour window they estimated
Cons: Terrible at communicating issues, slow to respond to calls
