Hollister

Hollister is a great store. It’s the sister store of Abercrombie and Fitch, but it’s a lot cheaper. The clothing are made of a wonderful quality, and although they consider this a “socal” store, I know of many people in northern California that love this store, with me being one of them. The clothing are very cute, comfortable, and fun. It’s very chic, and if you like Abercrombie and Fitch but you don’t like the prices, this is the store for you. more

Hollister sells clothes similar to that of Abercrombie & Fitch. However, the Hollister in Serramonte Shopping Center has very bad lighting. Their fitting room consists of one dim light in every stall, keeping the customer from seeing the true colors of the article of clothing. Once I was at Hollister, I tried on a shirt that had loose stitches and tons of holes, and I did not know until I put it on and examined the shirt closely in the fitting room. Besides the bad lighting in the fitting rooms, the store as a whole is almost pitch black; the only lights focus on the clothes, but they are very dim. more

hollister co. is a great clothing store selling trendy clothing that is aimed towards teens and young adults. it's basically another version of abercrombie & fitch since they're 'sister stores' aka owned by the same company. they have a preppy/surfer style to their clothing...like the O.C. / southern california style. the clothing is great and teh sizes run small but thats to your benefit if youre skinny. the colors are great and the jeans fit THE BEST. as for prices, they are not extremely expensive either. theyre slightly cheaper than abercrombie but more expensive than forever21 but quality is definitely abercrombie-quality. the one bad thing about the store is that its really dimly lit. its great that you go into a cool environment, and i love the whole palm-trees-southern-california-beach-and-bar look, but sometimes you cant really tell what youre buying. other than that though the store is great. more

Its literally another Abercrombie and Fitch except its slightly cheaper. They're in the same company though. I think the clothes are pretty nice. They're main theme is surfers' clothes so if you're a surfer, you'll most likely like this place. I personally like their t-shirts and polos. Their clothes usually have BIG logos on them, especially for the guys. I don't really like the environment that much. Its very dark and you could barely tell if a shirt is black or dark blue (I know because I bought a shirt thinking it was black and finding out later it was dark blue). The music is also too loud (especailly if you are near the speakers) although its good music. In a way, they probably try to make it comfortable for a specific group of people, but to me, its not that comfortable and makes me wanna speed shop and leave. more

Hollister is the teenage version of abercrombie. They sell the same style of clothing as abercrombie, but with lower prices and quality. I think the clothes they have are very nice. The jeans are well-fitting and the cheapest price is $39.50. They have very stylish, trendy tops and tees that are perfect for teenagers. The store is dimly lit and the employees are alright. more
