The Hollister in the independence center offers great clothing but cheats its customers . They offer great coupons with good discounts but do not apply the savings as the offer states. When you get home and notice the errors don't bother calling the store. The poorly trained staff will tell you this mistake happens all the time and to bring your receipt back and they will correct the problem. When you return to the store you are given excuses why they will not fix the error. The staff at this point is rude and confrontional completely uncareing that it was they who ask you back. Be careful how you spend your money there. more

My daughter loves this store and is always wanting to buy her clothes here. I've taken her in here a few times and was so surprised at how expensive the clothing is. This is defiantly not a place that I can afford to buy a lot in, but I have found a few times stuff in the clearance section for great prices. So if you like the clothing here keep a eye out for sales in the back of the store. That's the only way I can afford to buy the stuff here. more
