Jim Holland and the Holland House is a HORRIBLE company to deal with. They were recommended to us by our realtor when my husband and I bought our house for waterproofing our basement and installing a sump pump. Based on their recommendation and the fact that we got the sellers to pay for 80% of the cost, we thought we were good to go. We were very wrong. Their work wasn't up to par and needed fixes. That would be okay since we have a lifetime warranty, Holland House has made no attempts to come correct their workmanship. We have called them multiple times to schedule times for them to come to the house to fix their work. They hardly answer their phones, they do not return calls, and they have no-show, no-called three times when we had appointments scheduled. They cancelled our appointment a few days ago because there were flurries in the air and absolutely no snow sticking to the ground. When I told Jim Holland how frustrated we were with them, he told me it was a ""courtesy"" that they were coming out to fix their mistakes. We are still in the process of trying to schedule an appointment that they actually show up to. From reports that I've read from the BBB, it could take months.
