Great emergency room service 4/3/2006

We have had the opportunity lately to make several visits to the emergency room there, and the service has been excellent. I have never waited more than a few minutes to be seen, and the doctors are knowledgeable and professional. The facility is clean and well run. They are expanding the hospital, and I am excited to see the finished product. They are making many improvements as well. If you need an emergency room, have no qualms about visiting here! more

Wow this place is CLEAN. Ive been in since the new recent additions and the place is great. It is very easy to get lost in the place now though. They dont offer prime care services there anymore but it makes it quite easy just to have emergency there and prime care at the other location. They offer a snack bar and a cafeteria. My stay there was pleasant as I got to know my nurse very well and she even showed me where the vending machines were:):) I couldnt resist just eating the meals they served even though they werent that bad. Lovely facility!! more

faster than ever. 8/17/2005

Now that they have moved the prime care over to the northside of holland it is quite a speedy service. Before I would be waiting for over an hour just to be seen my a doctor. Now I can walk in the northside clinic and I will be the next in line if I have to wait at all.. They are family friendly and they take the time to explain things with you. Easy and speedy service. more

what a great facility... 8/12/2005

Thankfully my contact has been limited, however what we have used the Hospital for has been absolutely wonderful. Both of the stays we had with the birth of our children were very comfortable and the staff was comforting. It was nice to know your nurse personally, and get a feeling that you were being cared for by family. more
