One hour came out for a service call, it was cold and our furnace was not working...so without checking around my wife scheduled a technician to come out. They arrived on time and the technician was very nice. Thats the good part. I had no idea how much to expect for repair charges. Seems as though HVAC technicians make as much as doctors and dentists, maybe more. My bill for them to come out to change a $30 part was nearly $400!!!! I think a fair price might have been $100 for emergency service call. $30 for the part and an hours worth of labor....$50/hr...$75/hr....hell what if $150/hr....that would only add up to $280.00. But no with their "up front pricing" you are sure to get a "DEAL".......$400.00 LATER!!!!!! This should be a crime! You should be ashamed of yourself One Hour!!!! I have seen your company on Fox6 for being a dishonest company so please don't try to say you or your employees have integrity. You try to sell people things they don't need--- You should be ashamed of yourself. And what you say about yourself writing an ad that is ridiculous. That was clearly written for people to think you were a customer that had used the company's services. No where does it say that you are the owner except for when you state it in your second posting. It is people like you that should be doing time for scamming people. more

First of all, the review written was used as an example for employees to prove that what they do on the job each day can be easily made available via the web. Secondly, if I was going to review my company and think that I would get away with it why would I use my own name when writing the review. Most people can clearly see that I wrote the review. GET OVER IT. As far as what I said about our company, I will back it up 100% with actions. It was clear that the review was more of an advertisement and not a testimonial. Again, this was nothing more than a test for my marketing department and field employees. If you are so concerned about the way we conduct business check our record with all the other review web sites and the Better Business Bureau. Check the consumer protection agency and you will see that we have an extremely favorable record.
