Holiday Mobile Village

I'm planning on moving ASAP. Having been one of the worst communities I have ever lived in, gives me the earnest desire to say good riddance to this cesspool. Management does not care about it's residents. They only want a check from you. Last year there was a home invasion were women were tied up and assaulted, then robbed at gunpoint. One of my friends had his trailer broken into while he was at church and he lost many family heirlooms and tools. They raise lot rent here on a whim, yet they offer no services or amenities. Yes, there is a pool which has not been cleaned or in operation for over 2 years. They have illegal water sub-meters which go to some company in Clearwater, Florida instead of Metro Nashville. They also have many overgrown trees with dead limbs that fall on roofs causing leaks. They will not cut the trees down b/c of cost $1500-3000 per tree. Most of the good residents have left, or plan on leaving so all that will be left here are the criminals, disabled, elderly, other poor people who can't afford to move. The post from mona is three years old and I can say that Holiday Mobile Village is a clean, safe place to park your r.v. The rates are affordable and it is only three miles or less from downtown Nashville. They have a play groung for the kids and grass area for recreational activities. The management is friendly and helpful and will recomend activities and thing to do while you are in Nashille. I strongly recomend this park more

this actually used to be a very very nice place until the new managment took over, she is horribly rude, she acts like she dont care about anybody in that trailor park, she acts like she is against everybody but hispanics, i would not want my dog living there let along someone i would care about, i would not recomend this place for anybody Pros: some spaces in the park are still pretty nice Cons: nasty trailors, 20 cars always parked outside of 1 trailor, cars parked in the yards more
