Very nice hotel and would stay here again. The man that checked me in was awesome and very nice. Its nice to walk into a hotel after driving 6 hours and have someone friendly to talk with. The room was nice and the beds were so soft! more

I'm a holiday inn rewards member, so I always try to stay in them when I can. I've stayed at this location a few times now. It's always been clean, the staff is always friendly, and everything has worked (fitness center, tv remote, etc). It's a really close drive to Crabtree mall and only a few minutes from the Glenwood South district. I've been in the restaurant for dinner and drinks and it's been fun. more

I booked online through a discount travel site, which was an excellent value for me. A family member and I were on a short trip to Raleigh and wanted a decent, convenient place to stay. Both of our rooms were clean and quiet, and the beds were extremely comfortable. Service was very quick and friendly, and the restaurant staff went above and beyond. The free internet is a nice touch; lots of fancy hotels charge for it, which I think is unreasonable. The hotel is also extremely close to the Crabtree Valley mall, which has lots of nice stores and restaurants, but you will need to drive because the road by the mall is very busy. Downtown wasn't too far away, either. We enjoyed our stay, and I'd come back on another trip to Raleigh. more

I found the Holiday Inn at Crabtree Valley a perfect place to stay while in Raleigh. Upon arrival, the front desk staff made me feel right at home, and went out of their way to make me comfortable during my six night stay. The room was clean and comfortable, public areas clean and neat, wireless network worked just fine, and the location was perfect for me. I will be staying there numerous times over the next few months, and look forward to my home away from home. more

Everyone was very nice. The bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was good. Service from our waitress wasen't that great. She forgot to bring out my sausage and also forgot somethingthat another couple, that wasen't sitting with us, was suppose to get. The other lady there, who was not a waitress, gladly got my item after i had waited 5 minutes for the waitress to come out. She was very nice. But this wasen't my first time staying here. I had stayed here before and ate dinner and breakfast and service and food that time was very good. I would definatly stay here again and recommend it to anyone. more

I travel to the Crabtree area of Raleigh frequently to work with some nearby attorneys. I ususally stay at the LaQunita across the street because it is decent and quite inexpensive, however they were booked this time so I stayed at the Holiday Inn. The Holiday Inn is definitely a step up from the LaQuinta. It is a nicely updated hotel with spacious rooms and quality furnishings. Although generally more expensive than the LaQuinta, it is a good vlaue for the price. more

It was 1 block to the Crabtree Valley Mall. Great restaurants you could "walk" to if you wanted. Great location, very easy to get to. I would definitely stay there again! more
