This was by far the worst experience my family and I have ever had at a hotel. It was horrible from the time we booked our reservation to the time we checked out. The hotel staff (or lack of) was unfriendly and seemed very bothered by the fact that baseball teams had come in for two days and filled there hotel to 100% occupancy and they actually had to work for their paycheck. The entire time we were there housekeeping did not enter our room and we had to continue to call downstairs for towels and being that they dont have a staff there nobody could bring anything up to your room! At 10:30 PM I called downstairs because apparently housekeeping hadn't pulled out the sofa bed to change the bedding on it because whoever had the room before us had gotten blood all over the sheets and it had soaked through onto the mattress. The front desk person could not leave to bring us another matress because he said he was the only person in the hotel and he couldn't leave the front desk. Finally at MIDNIGHT someone was able to come and change out the matress and bring fresh sheets. The morning that we were leaving we over heard housekeeping say that they could not wait for all of these people to leave. REALLY...and I gave them $130 a night??? Never again Holiday Inn!
