This hotel is new and not on some web sites. It just opened a few months ago and it was beautiful. The hotel was quiet and comfortable. A full-service restaurant is in the lobby and the food there was good. I stayed 10 nights for work and while I was there, some soldiers from Ft. Hood had a large going-away party on a Friday night.Even with several hundred people in the place, it was quiet. It is the best Holiday Inn I have visited and you could eat off the floor. I have no complaints in any way. The staff was wonderful too. more

I couldn't afford a weekend getaway at a hotel resort in Dubai - of course not - naturally. So I had to search for hotel within my own specified radius (AND spending range) that would allow me to get as close to Dubai as I possibly could. And this 3 star hotel was the best this specific area could offer... Overall I was totally satisfied with my time spent at the Holiday Inn. No complaints. The bathroom layout is AWESoME. Just wish they'd hang curtains in the room's window to block an outside view.. more

Nice newer upscale Holiday Inn. This level used to be called 'Select' and is one step below 'Crowne Plaza.' Spacious lobby with restaurant and bar. Rooms are large and comfortable with upscale bedding. Flat LCD television. All in all, a great hotel and my favorite spot in Killeen. more

The front lobby was really well maintained; it was contemporary but not too stuffy. They had holiday decorations up, since I was there right before Christmas, so that was a nice as well. The people at the front desk were so friendly. I never felt nervous or awkward asking any questions. more

This is hands down the greatest hotel I have ever stayed at! Not only were the rooms clean, spacious, and comfortable but the employees were amazing. This hotel has a shuttle that brings you anywhere within a 6 mile radius. My boyfriend and I stayed here for 5 days and used the shuttle everyday more than twice. The staff was always so friendly and never once seemed annoyed at how often we requested the shuttle. I could go on and on. I was so impressed with this hotel! I will continue to stay here each time I visit my boyfriend! Thank you Holiday Inn! more

The beds are comfortable, rooms are clean, staff friendly. The pool and cabanas are very relaxing. The only thing it is missing is breakfast, the restaurant is pricey for what it offers. We opted to go out for meals if I have to pay for the food in going to be sure to like it first for the cost. more

Hospitality was AMAZING! The manager is very helpful and really nice. The rooms were very clean, the bartender woman was great, drinks were really good and the pool and the surrounding area is really clean and well put together. I would recommend this hotel to anyone and everyone. Best hotel hands down. Plus the breakfast buffet was a plus! Great job! more

Very nice, good price. There is no switch in the bathroom to turn the vent on. Other than that it was great. Staff was friendly and helpful. The bed was moderately comfortable, people have varying differences on mattress comfort though. more

I have stayed here for two nights. It is just about like every other Holiday Inn I have stayed at. It needs a few updates. The wifi is a little slow and connectivity is hit and miss.All those things could rate a mediocre review at best. But, there is a huge difference here. They have something I have missed for years, customer service. From Dino and Kevin arranging my rides. To the pleasant greeting from Alexis and Martha. Even Dianne's extra bubbly personality and her greeting me made the stay here the single best stay I have had in the US.I now look forward to my next trip to the Fort Hood area. I am only staying here next time.My congratulations to the management and the staff here. more

One of the nicest Holiday Inns I've been privileged to stay in over the years! You will especially like the three outdoor cabanas poolside complete with comfortable seating for several people, ceiling fans, side tables and TVs. The restaurant does a good job with its service as well. more
