Great place to stay. Been here plenty of times and never had an issue. Good location next to highway, HEB, and many restaurants. Rooms are clean and updated. Breakfast is great value. Highly recommended! more

This was the first time I've stayed at this location. It's a clean property near a lot of businesses. Lots of food choices near by. The pool looked plush and clean although my trip didn't allow for a dip. Quite nights sleep in a nicely decorated room. I will book this location on my next trip to town. more

The hotel is relatively new, with very clean, comfortable rooms, and a friendly and helpful staff. They have a nice common area where they serve a complimentary breakfast every morning with a variety of options: scrambled eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy, warm cinnamon rolls, cereals, breads, muffins, pancakes, yogurt, and fresh fruit. They were out of 1/2 and 1/2 on our first morning so I used milk in my coffee. (They had flavored creamers but I'm not a fan.) On our second morning, they were also out of milk in addition to the 1/2 and 1/2. There is a grocery store almost adjacent to the hotel. It seems like it would be very easy to pick up a quart or two of 1/2 and 1/2 for guests like myself who really look forward to their morning coffee instead of going without while waiting for their delivery. Other than that, I have no complaints. This was our second visit and I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again when I am in the area. more

Wonderful new, or at least looks new, hotel in Killeen. We stayed the weekend to tour Hill Country wineries. There are a number of them near Killeen. You must try The Vineyard inn Florence. They have a open area with live music. Pick a bottle and sit in the shade and enjoy a great view. It is one of the few wineries that has food service. The Caf?? has a wood fired pizza over. The hotel is just off the highway. There is road construction so it was a little confusing getting in. The staff was great. more

Our family stayed here and it was excellent. There is absolutely nothing I can think of that should be improved. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The breakfast is fantastic! The variety offered for breakfast is one of the best I have ever seen. Every staff person I met was very friendly. I would stay here again...no question! more

Front desk folks were very attentive and pleasant. Also at breakfast. Everything was clean and new. They accommodated my check-out day conference call with ah late check out and then I was able to work very effectively in the comfortable lounge area. more

So I came here on a graduation trip and this morning the breakfast was good. One staff showed out to me her name is Danielle Wilson and I checked in late and she has a heart of an angel and as sweet as can be. She made sure I was well taken care of when I got in she asked if I had everything taken care of . In my eyes she is the best worker that I've seen since I've been here. She makes you feel like your really at home and I couldn't ask for anyone better to work the front desk than her. more

We stayed here for nine nights while working at Ft. Hood. The staff could not be more accommodating or friendly. The hotel is obviously relatively new and it is well appointed. I am not sure what football stadium the stole the lobby TV from but it is scoreboard huge and nice to relax after working. The only draw back is that most of us commented that the rooms had a slight damp odor and remained damp throughout our stay. Towels hung up never dried. The had experienced heavy rain before our arrival and it was still humid but the dampness still was odd. Other than that there was nothing they could have done better. more

Stayed here for 9 nights while working at Fort Hood. The staff was absolutely great. The two people I had interaction at the front desk, Diane and McKenzie, were personable, professional and wanted to make things right. Couldn't ask for better people to represent the property. The young lady that prepares and puts out the breakfast is the ultimate professional. She goes out of her way to make sure things are hot and ready for the guests. I am very glad to have stayed there and if I come back to the Killeen area I will be staying here. more

Alice, Patel, and the rest of the staff provided awesome customer service once again just like last year! This is definitely the hotel of choice for any Soldier on TDY and any civilian on official business. Rooms are spacious and the beds are plush. We will definitely see them again next year! This hotel was excellent, my room was always clean and taken care of. I remember I left a chick fil a gift card out in the open and the cleaning service was very honest, so it was there waiting for me when I returned that evening. Integrity was shown. And the hotel receptionist Ashley was friendly, professional, and helpful everyday. more

Hotel is new. Still smells new. King size room was huge. Mattress and pillows very comfortable. Decorated greatly. Really clean. There is a pool. Conveniently located to Fort Hood, Killeen and the airport. more

There are two holiday inn a couple blocks between each other. This hotel does offer shuttle service to the airport, but only by coordinating with its other property which does have the vehicles and drivers. more
