terrible 3/7/2009

What can I say? If you have to sleep in your car it still would be a better stay than this hole. Was overcharged 4times of originally quoted price and found that out only after my bank statement showed up. Called the hotel to get an explanation, but was yelled at by some rude Indian (owner or manager I'm assuming). PLEASE, stay away. more

EXCELLENT PLACE TO STAY 9/21/2008

This is an excellent hotel to stay. Very conveniently located off Hwy 80; Lots of restaurants, banks, drug stores, convenient stores etc. next door. Very Friendly, Helpful, Front desk staff, safe location, very comfortable rooms with lots of amenities; Delicious free hot breakfast every morning. If you are in the Location you must stay at this hotel. more

AVOID IF SERVICE IS IMPORTANT 6/30/2007

I traveled to San Pablo to coach a team for a major sports event being held in the area. Upon check in I asked if I could store my bag for the day the following day after check out and was told that I could. However, when I checked out the following morning the "manager" on duty refused to store my bag. In my experience, the temporary storage of guest's bags is a basic service of every hotel. Most of the rooms in this hotel were occupied by people attending my event. more
