I received the best service from you all. Our waitress was very nice and professional, she was an awesome waitress. The food was great, but what would get me back to this HI is definitely the excellent service I received and I will come back. more

I would recommend 10/24/2011

The usually hotel we stay at in Palm Beach sold out of rooms for some conference. So we stayed at the Holiday Inn for a few days. I though the rooms were clean and the staff was great. The food was good too and all that made for a very nice stay. more

Brownie points to HI Palm Beach 10/14/2011

We drove in from Jacksonville a few weeks ago and had a great stay here. Thanks so much for an awesome treatment. The room was beautiful and clean. Also, the ac almost worked too well! You all really know how to take care of tired guests and it is much appreciated. more

I work at the Holiday Inn in NJ and I just wanted to let you know that from the moment we walked in the door the staff was beyond excellent! So friendly and welcoming (before they new I was an employee). The restaurant staff was great and I loved the breakfast. We ordered room service and the front desk agent was very friendly as well. The management is clearly doing a GREAT job and it really shows . more

The location was easy to get to 10/5/2011

The location was easy to get to and there was plenty of parking. There are a few restaurants around like Ihop, Wendy's etc that are within walking distance. Hotel is very clean and we felt very safe there. Bed was very comfortable, Internet worked great. Overall its a great hotel and we would definitely stay there again. Its also located only a mile or so from the airport. Thanks! more

I believe it is official. Holiday Inn in West Palm Beach is my favorite. I've been to a few in the past couple of years and they have all been hands down better than any of the Best Western, Days Inn, etc. The room was very clean, decent in size, comfy with a variety of pillows. The staff was very friendly and attentive. We enjoyed our stay and would be happy to come back again someday. more
