A warning directed to any bride-to-be...I used this Holiday Inn for the hotel guests at my wedding. Even though I reserved blocks of rooms months ahead of time for my guests, there was confusion up until one week prior to the wedding. Reserving rooms seems like a simple process, they made it into a huge mess. In order to make it up to my husband and I, they waived the fee for using the bar after our reception. I was very satisfied with that, until we returned to the hotel and discovered they had also rented it to another bridal party. It was not a large enough bar for two bridal parties to have their own fun...we ended up leaving to go somewhere else. In the morning, my family and I gathered for breakfast...only to find out they had lost our reservation. They did quickly find a banquet room to set up for us, but the damage was already done. My wedding was perfect in every other regard, I never would have thought something as simple as the blocked hotel rooms could be turned into such a mess. Afterward, I sent a letter to customer service; they never responded to it in any way. Save yourself the stress...find another hotel.
