Don't know about the review that mentions an overcooked burger. I've been here a number of times and the default setting is medium rare, which is prefect for me!
I'm addicted to this fantastic half-pound feast. Fresh angus beef, fresh artisan buns (I recommend the honey wheat), homemade toppings (all three types of mayo and the ketchup - oh the ketchup!), and wonderfully crispy fries make this a place to remember.
When you consider the quality of the food and take into mind the much cheaper cost, this place kicks The Counter to the curb!
