Utter disappointment. A few years back I had work done on my vehicle at the Woburn shop. My 2000 Chevrolet Malibu had a leaky intake manifold gasket and one day the car completely overheated. Initially, the shop said it was the water pump and replaced it. A few weeks later the car overheated again and brought it back. The water pump (which I later found out was a refurbished one) failed and had to be replaced. A month later, the coolant light went off again and was told that it was in fact the manifold gasket and that it would cost $600.\r

At the time the car had 130k miles and anyone who is aware of the GM V6 engines knows that they have gasket issues. Well, the gasket failed again. Interestingly the one that was installed by Hogan failed even quicker than the notorious GM gasket. The mechanic that is replacing it this time informed me that every - yes ever - bolt that was removed from the engine was stripped. Basically Hogan mechanics dont know what the $%^& they are doing. One of the bolts was so over torqued that it sheared on in the head. Right now I am looking at a head replacement as a result of Hogan Tire s incompetence.\r

Save yourself the grief and goes elsewhere for your car needs. Tires can be found for cheaper elsewhere and mechanics who know what they are doing are available at other shops. At this point I would not even consider using them for a simple oil change. It is not worth even their sale price. \r

The only reason for the one star is that zero is not an option. Utter disappointment indeed.
