My experience at Hogan and sons was excellent. They provided a quote for the service, performed the work as explained, and even provided a list of recommended services, but without any pressure to have them performed immediately. They provided a courtesy shuttle to get me to work too. I highly recommend Hogan and Sons. more

They are fair, willing to allow you the comfort and peace of mind to choose how to maintain your car. They offer cost savings benefits every time you come in and can deal with any issue on your cars. I have been going to Hogan and Sons since they opened and wouldn't dare take my cars any place else. Family owned, fun, pet friendly, WIFI, what more could you ask for? more

I love Hogan and Son's! They really show you they appreciate your business. They always recommend things on my car and are sure to put them in order of importance and don't give me any pressure if I can't afford the maintenance at the time. Jonael is their service manager and he is fantastical!!! He is great at explaining why certain things are done. I bought my car brand new and there is way more maintenance required than what is actually needed! That is where Jonael has helped me the most. Thanks to the Hogan and Son's crew for all their help over the last couple years! more

This is the most amazing enterprise. They have it all! A great professional team that caters to ones every need. The door was held open when I arrived and what a wonderful greeting. I had everyones attention and my request was immediately acknowledged. The service was flawless, quick and professionally done. An added plus is the delicious coffee and the wide selection of reading material offered in a roomy comfortable seating area. I could have stayed all day and really felt like a pampered customer. I continue to sing their praises. I will never go anywhere else. more

I have been taking my 2000 VW Beetle to Hogan & Sons in Herndon since approximately 2005, and I have always been impressed with their customer service and knowledgeable repair of my car. However, more recently I felt inclined to write this review because they went above and beyond when my water pump went out and saved me from paying over $900.00 for a repair at another location by extending my parts warranty which had recently expired on a repair they completed in 2008. They did not have to do this, but extended this to me for being a long time customer, and wanted to help me out. Now ask yourself this, how often do you hear of a auto repair/mechanic of trying to make you NOT make an unnecessary repair? I would recommend Hogan & Sons to any of my friends and family, and my brother in-law is a mechanic! more

I love this place. I have found them to be reputable, honest, and courteous. As long as I live in the general area I will continue to take my car there. Treat them with respect and courtesy and you'll get the same back in spades. more

Best of customer service 10/22/2013

I have been taking my car to the Herndon Hogan & Sons since I bought it new in 2006. They are the only people I trust with my car and they have always had the best of customer service and exemplary work. The customer service people are nice, courteous and helpful. The manager of the mechanics calls me whenever they find something wrong with the car I didn't expect and takes the time to explain what is wrong and whether or not I need to fix it immediately or can wait. more
