The EyeSite is a sore with customer service 3/4/2009

Dr Yonatan is the best! Her examinations are thorough. She is very current on new technologies and treatments. Yonatan works with the patient to get the right prescription glasses and she answers any questions you may have. She's extremely patient!\r Her office staff on the other hand are TERRIBLE. The optician who is suppose to help you pick out frames and measure your pupils is the most condescending woman I've ever had to work with. If she doesn't like the frames that you prefer, she'll literally walk away from you and will take her time coming back to finish filling out the information needed to complete your order. She also OVERCHARGES for services and if you're not paying attention will make the order so convoluted you won't know what she is charging you for your glasses. The office staff also makes you feel that you are an intrusion on their time instead of being customer service friendly. Dr. Yonatan needs to get new office staff to reflect her quality of service. Go for Dr. Yonatan but not for the office staff. Oh! the frames are also very cheap quality. My frames had to be replaced at another lab because I didn't like any other frames I saw at the EyeSite. Dr. Yonatan needs to work at a different office or get new staff and better frames. Pros: Dr. Yonatan is professional & patient Cons: Her office staff needs to be replaced with customer service friendly people more

Bad reception from office staffer 6/9/2008

I walked in just to get some info and possibly schedule an future eye exam , glasses ect..\r There was a helpfull woman, I beleive her name was Chris and then there was this rude tall drink of water who was very condensending and downright disrespectfull.I walked out feeling very ticked off that this woman seemed to enjoy making me feel foolish for having asked questions.\r I never went back nor do I plan to.\r more

I've gotten difficult-to-fit toric monovision contacts, with the best fit in my 50 years of wearing contact lenses. She's also recognized a potentially serious problem and referred me to a retinal specialist. I like the high standards she sets for herself. Phone calls are returned promptly and the office is very efficient. She is hard working, very personable, and concerned about her patients. Time is taken for her to do an excellent job, to ask questions of the patient and to fully answer questions herself. She is delightful. Pros: Good parking, great service. Cons: Office lacks ""curb appeal"" -- but don't be put off by that. more
