Very Caring and Experienced! 4/4/2009

This animal hospital has a wonderful staff, not just the doctors but the techs and receptionists as well. I've been to countless animal hospitals in my day, and after coming here I will never go anywhere else. All of my options are always told to me for the care of my pets, and whatever I choose to do is always done wonderfully by the staff. This is truly an animal hospital that has it all, from a caring and experienced staff to the equipment and supplies needed to care for pets in the most wonderful way! Pros: Example: best croissants in town Cons: What are the drawbacks? more

Knowlegeable vets and compassionate staff 3/5/2009

My pets have been going to Hoffman Estates Animal Hospital/Clinic for over 10 years. One of my cats has multiple serious health issues. Even when events turned life threatening Dr. House who is very experienced, did every thing possible to treat including contacting research facilities. When it came to the point that my cat needed a feeding tube, the vets never gave up on him and now he is back eating again without a tube. Dr. Williams is also very compassionate as are the vet assistants. Vet care is expensive, but at least I know that my pets get the best care that I can get them at this clinic. Pros: Clean, compassionate service, easily available, easy to find Cons: Same as with any vet-costs money more

hoffman estates animal hospital 2/22/2008

I love the people that work there. Everyone was courteous and nice. I loved the nurse that came in to help before the Doctor, Lauren. She was very smart AND HANDLED all of the questions I asked her. At my old vet, the techs would say they did not know a lot. Laurens response to any questions was I am not ""100% sure but we have a well qualified Doctor to help with anything you may need."" She looked young but I was impressed. Unfotuantely the cost was high but the service was great. The building seemed ""drab"" I would go again if I am not moving!!!!! more
