Poor Warranty 1/3/2009

My son bought an engagement ring at Hoff Burnsville - shortly after they went out of business - before the year was up the crown of the ring broke off causing the diamond to be lost. Their warranty isnt worth the paper it is written on and of course their Blaine store will not honor. These scam artists prey on the young and uninformed. Always buy your jewelry from a local reputable jeweler! HOFF stinks! more

Avoid at all costs! Big scam!! 4/21/2008

Do not buy from this store, they are scammers and thiefs! My boyfriend bought me a ring at the Burnsville location using the promotion of 65% off the marked price of $3000. He bought it for $1100, only to later find it on Hoff's website listed at an original price of $899. Of course, what was bought can now not be returned to the store. What a scam!!! more

If you are clueless enough to even consider buying from this awful store, then get to know diamonds. Armed with only what you will learn in ten minutes on a Google search, you will know more than anyone at this store. Cons: The worst out there., Fake certs?, Mis-marked diamonds more

You have to ask yourself, why would buy from a store that has had seven ""Going out of Business sales"". This place is SKETCH...total sketch. Cons: Unreliable., False diamond papers, No future... more
