The salesman did an excellent, Derrick, did an excellent job. The lease of the internet manager, because after I ordered one car I changed to another one. More expensive one. Did a great job. Didn't loose a stroke. Kept his cool and sold me a better car. More expensive and I'm happy. By the way, Infiniti is the best car I've ever had. I've had Lexus', Cadillacs, and Infiniti, hands down, is the best car I've had, dollar for dollar. Just tell them that the man that did it did a fantastic job more

Excellent Service, as always 5/17/2010

Excellent Service, as always. I trust and rely on Hoehn for EVERY aspect of service for my vehicle, including tires, detailing-- absolutely everything. Robin historically has done an outstanding job in scheduling and taking care of my service arrangements, and this visit is no exception. Not the Best 12/29/2005

I've had great experiences at Infiniti dealerships overall, but most have been better than this one. It's not that anyone is rude there, but they are not very available for services. I've had a hard time getting even an oil change here, as they are not even open on the weekends. Also, their prices for services are quite high as compared to other dealers. But they do have a good selection of cars. more

Not the best Infiniti dealer 12/21/2005

Hoehn Infiniti in Carlsbad wasn't the best experience I ever had. Every other infiniti dealer I've been to have been overly nice and tried to satisfy me with whatever it was I wasn't happy with. They're apparently too busy to care about old customers and concerned with new customers. They obviously specialize in selling brand new cars, but they do NOT offer good prices at all. I called around for service and for prices of a couple of the new cars, and they were WAY overpriced. Not so happy with them. more
