I switched to Hocon early this year for propane delivery. We have had 2 major storms. In both storms Hocon failed to deliver propane within a reasonable period of time. It took 4 days the first storm and 3 days the 2nd. The roads were clear when I made the requests. In addition it was very difficult to reach anyone at Hocon. During the recent storm I called Norwalk and got a busy signal, 800# ""all circuits are busy"", All of my other utilities were reachable. When I did get through, I was on hold for never less than 20 minutes. I was going to write a complaint immediately but decided not to because their driver was so very nice and there are already so many complaints about them on the internet. Instead, I called their ""Complaint Officer"" and left a message. My call was returned by a nice lady who informed me that they were very much aware of their problems and trying very hard to fix them. She told me that she appreciated my comments and would take them back to the company and then follow up with me. I then received a call from the ""Complaint Officer"" who was adamant that the company had acted appropriately and my complaint was unfounded.
