Who in their right mind would give these clowns five stars. Unless, of course, you were friends and family. I assume this is the case as this is the only site that does not require you to identify yourself. Trust me. Safe yourself the aggravation, frustration and inconvenience. They will look you right in the eye and lie. I have never met people so completely lacking in a moral compass. If renting, find another apartment if these people are involved. If buying, look for another unit. Any condo assocation hooked up with this team needs to be questioned. True victimizers. more

burglarized!!!!! 9/24/2011

We notified that the from door was broken and for 2 months nothing from HRM. The result we were burglarized!!!!! violated our space break in by thieves that we dont know if maybe they came from them cause they use different illegal cleaning and garbage people. I am sick of them and I am moving from Hoboken because of them. The worst ever they deserve to be out of bussiness. CONDEMNED. more

Terrible Management 8/20/2010

As a former owner in a bldg managed by HRM (& not as 1 of their "colleagues" in the real estate industry) & can say, with 110% honesty that the people who run this company are rude, unprofessional & dishonest. They treated our property in a negligent manner, we abusive & rude & even created problems amongst the owners of our bldg. They were invasive & rude, coming & going as they pleased & abusing their privileges as employees of our bldg. They used strong-arm tactics to bully anyone who got in their way & apparently, they have racked up quite a few favors by having their colleagues write favorable reviews for them. If I had enough $, nothing would give me more pleasure than to sue them & put them out of business so that they could never harm another soul. more

when hiring a mngt co the most important thing is managing trades being a realestate broker myself in the business for over 20 yrs hoboken realty mngt does that very well because of their extensive experience and knowlege your condo assco.will never get over charged most mngt.co have little experience in the field. keep up the good work.- Rich more

Valuable 12/29/2009

Hoboken Realty has always proven to be responsive over the years, especially with urgent matters such as flooding, the roof repairs for 85 Jefferson and, more recently, the removal of animals/birds from in/under the roof. They have also proven to be valuable in identifying contractors for repairs/etc (plumbing, windows, HVAC). Finally, they are most helpful in managing leases and tenant issues. Some minor opportunities for improvement: sometimes it takes a while to get a response to a query; electronic media (e-mail/web) may help in improving the flow of communications. - Rodot more

Hoboken Realty Management is a friendly, family run business. They are warm caring people who are not in the business solely for the money. They managed two buildings where have I owned places and were always willing to go above and beyond when needed. They were always willing to work with us if anything was wrong and even made "accommodations" when things were tough financially. I no longer own in Hoboken but I still speak with Kelly at Hoboken Realty Management weekly, and I consider her a great friend. In the cut throat realty business of Hoboken, NJ they are truly a cut above! more
