DO NOT SHOP AT HOBIE - My recent custom surfboard order dimensions were wrong, it was 7 weeks late, fins were to be included I did not get any, AND Ownership called me personally to treat me like crap by laughing at my concerns, being condescending, and making zero attempt to rectify the miserable experience - who does that? Mark Johnson, part owner does that. EVEN worse, the employees in the shop glumly admitted that the behavior by Ownership is standard and not the exception...Even the employees are embarrassed. BECKER never treated their customers like that!
