SINCE 1984 our family has received the VERY BEST PROFESSIONAL SERVICE from this Agency. ALL THAT TIME (26 years) WITHOUT INTERUPTION OR A COMPLAINT.\r \r Their customer service representatives have always been very knowledgeable and helpful, whenever there was a need. ....AND YES, there have been times that Claims were filed (three auto accidents and the effects of two hurricanes). Lousy, not a good neighbor 7/28/2009

I have been with State Farm over 20 years and with H. Napier for approx 5 years and I ran into a stretch of tickets approx 3 (in a year) and they dropped me. I can understand if they raised my premium for a year or so but they just dropped me and left me with no insurance. No accidents, and they treated me like a leper, forget about a ""good neighbor"" !!!! I gave a star because it would not let me give NONE! Cons: They do not llok out for their customers more
