Whenever a company brainwashes all employees with POLICIES, all form of communication and ability to effectively use CUSTOMER SERVICE goes out the window. It is too bad that this company is so difficult to work with. They make mistakes on the receipts very frequently, then treat customers like it's their fault, never apologizing for the inconveniences they cause. Many of the employees at this particular store are frequently rude. Perhaps it is because they, like the consumers, feel as if they do not matter.
