We have had items framed at this location. They were very helpful, but ended up having to redo it, because it wasn't what we ordered. We were very specific about the size and they made it much larger. I take my hat off to them though, they corrected it, though it made delivery time a little "slower" than we had anticipated. We have had other items framed there since then and have no problems, so I didn't drop their rating, since they DID correct it. As far as the store, what I like best is it's location, the strip mall it is located in isn't as busy as some of the others and that makes getting in and out much easier as well. The store seems to be well stocked, though once or twice we have had to venture to Michael's or some place else to find specific items we were wanting. The staff in the store seems to be pretty friendly and helpful. When we are out and about as a family we can all find something to browse through in this location, while the "boss" shops!!
