Unfortunately, I can't speak to how the hoagies or wings are at this place, because the untrained employees never gave me my order. I ordered a hoagie and wing combo, and the employee told me he'd start my order, then I'd pay later when the cash register was available. To make a long story short, I kept trying to pay for my food, but was told there were numerous problems: the credit card machine wouldn't work when someone was on the phone (which was constant) and then, after running my card four times, I was told the machine wasn't working at all and if I didn't have cash (which I didn't) they'd cancel my order. My ordered was canceled, and I found out a few days later that my credit card had actually been charged all four times. The manager did refund the charge a few days later, but this was definitely enough to sour my whole experience with this restuarant. Plus, about 45 minutes later after my friend finished eating (he'd gotten his food because he'd paid with cash), a clueless employee came up to me and said, ""Did you get your order? Do you want to pay for it now?"" What?! This place can't possibly be worth the hassle.
