Hixon's is really awesome. My boyfriend has been getting his tuxedo's there for the past few years, and he's gotten at least four suits there. They've really been great to us..their alterations take like a day. Well, anytime we've gone there for suits if the sleeves needed some work or things like that it's only taken one day. It's really a good store for dressy situations. I think they have normal stuff too though like shirts and shorts and stuff like that. Pros: Great suits Cons: too good haha jk more

Poor Customer Service 2/26/2007

I purchased three pair of trousers from this establishment. All three trousers were assumed to be 46L. Two pair I tried on, and the third pair was an afterthought, which I didn't try on. All three pair were located in the same size and style section, so I just picked out a third pair without checking the size. Neither did the sales clerk check the size. I asked the clerk to hem all of the trousers to the same length. Pros: Good selection of merchandise Cons: Poor customer service more
