I picked up my car today from Hi Tech. They correctly diagnosed the problem and fixed it for a very reasonable price. This was my third car since 2006 that I have taken to them for repair and every experience has been excellent. The first time I went to them was recommended by AAA, which I trust. I trust Hi Tech auto with all my car repairs now. Honest and fair. Can't go wrong with this business! They are the best! more

Don't Let Friendliness Cloud Your Vision 5/17/2012

This business is another unfortunate example that a handshake and a person's word just doesn't mean what it used to. I was very disappointed with my experience at Hi Tech Automotive. I took my truck there after purchasing it primarily because it had a brake warning light on. 3 weeks later I was charged $3000 dollars and got back a truck with a brake warning light on. Not only that but my dashboard was broken into pieces, the stereo no longer worked, and the ""new"" A/C they installed made a loud squeaking noise when I turned it on. I have no stereo and get cold air with a headache. Not to mention my steering wheel wasn't put back on straight so I have to lean to the left to see what speed I am travelling at. It clearly states on my invoice that ""vehicle is leaving with a brake light on dash. Instructed customer we will call when part is in and Hi Tech will handle the problem."" It has almost been a month now and I haven't gotten that call. This is not how you treat customers.... more

Car Maintenance and Repairs 5/20/2010

I have been taking my car to Joe at Hi Tech Automotive since 2001. Always makes time . Always gets it right , and very reasonable pricing. Great customer service, and always knows who I am when I call. Makes you feel like part of the family. Thumbs up !! Thanks for always taking the time to take care of my auto. Whether a repair or just scheduled Maintenance. He is the Best.. Pros: Done right the 1st time and very reasonable pricing Cons: closed on sat :( more

Wonderful Place! 7/2/2009

Melissa and Joe have been fantastic to work with! I have taken my car there numerous times and the work they've done has always been fast, perfect and inexpensive. The one time I needed it repaired for something out of the area of their expertise, they recommended over to another great shop rather than waste my time and money. No one but Hi-Tech for 99% of my car needs! more

EXPERT SERVICE/GREAT PEOPLE 4/1/2008

I am happy to submit this review for a company that went out of their way to repair my car when I needed help the most. When another company did more harm than good and I could not drive my car off their lot, AAA recommended HiTech and I took my car to them. It turned out to be a major repair. HiTech not only did a GREAT repair job, but they also were very helpful to me when they found that I could not pay the full amount. They discounted everything they could and made the final amount within my ability to pay. You don't find this kind of company every day! more

superb service 7/25/2007

First experience was when my son was having his Jetta towed to the VW dealership. The driver suggested Hi Tech instead. We're glad he did. Friendly, reasonable prices and they don't recommend unnecessary repairs. more

Straight shootin' 7/9/2007

Severe engine trouble while visiting the area. AAA listed them and I was towed there on the hope that I could find an honest shop 700 miles from home. These guys came through for me. After they determined what specifically caused my problem, before any work was done they broke down the specific estimate and wanted my approval before they would start. I ended up by my choice asking them to do more than what they recommended just because I thought they were reasonable in their charging and could do the job right. Nothing fancy, just doing the work after making sure we were all on the same page. more

Great family business 5/1/2006

As a woman I am always scared about walking into a garage, however, this place put me at ease right away. the owner himself greated me with a friendly smile and actually fixed my car quickly and right the first time! The guy, Joe, was friendly and helped me understand what was wrong with my car. I would definatley recommend this place to everyone! it is nice to feel like i won't be taken advantage of! Pros: cost effective, large place Cons: small parking area more
