Ate with wife and son on Thursday night July 3 between 8 and 9 pm.\r

Real BBQ cooked with hickory wood (you can see the pallets of wood out back). Although the owners and the emphasis is Latin (which I love but can get anywhere in South Florida) I love the fact that the owners are trying hard to keep the traditonal fare alive. The ""dinner for two"" is a veritable feast which 3 o 4 four people can enjoy. Dinner rolls, cole slaw, corn on the cob, baked beans, french fries and onion rings come with ribs, sliced beef, sliced pork and chicken. The ribs are excellent and the chicken is good although the sliced meats were slightly on the dry side.\r
\r
Pecan pie and key lime pie for deserts. Three choices of sauce. (I preferred the ""hot""). All for $28. Great deal, good food!\r
\r
Earthy, unpretentious decor with wagon wheel lamps and two beatiful and interesting murals with Western BBQ motifs. \r
\r
Good BBQ for Miami- Dade (very much a BBQ deprived area) and certainly much better than anything else you can get in the Q category in Hialeah.\r
\r
Nice and friendly service. Wish they offered an ""all you can eat rib special"" once a week.\r
