Stay away,,want ur credit card #,,and if you cancel they charge you $50.00!! When I said no way, Wes said ""I've been scamming people like this for 17 years and heard it all"" then hung up on me. When I called enterprise rent right down the street from them.they gave me a newer car,same deal and it was $58.00 cheaper!! So don't do business with these Guys!! more

The counter guys were great. Cars and trucks are newer and runs good. more

The car I rented to go to Yellowstone Park was a 2010 Malibu. The counter help was very nice and they informed me of any extra charges that could be avoided. Car was well maintained and very good on gas. All in all, car and help were great and I would rent from Rent-A-Wreck of Billings again and would tell all my friends to. more

Have rented before in Fairbanks, AK, was glad to see a Rent a Wreck in Billings, they off airport and that means usually less$ they were, called when I got my luggage and they were there in 10 minutes, and I was on my way in 25-30 minutes, was a good experience more

Stay the hell away from these bums!!!! After they get your card number they tell you about all the secret handshakes on how they are going to screw you!!!!! Scared to death---I said forget it!!!! The deal is off!!! THEY CHARGED ME $50 FOR CANCELING MY RESERVATION!!!!!! WHAT THE HELL IS THAT ABOUT!!!! I made the reservation 45 min earlier by phone and had to give them a card number, and they were never up front regarding cancellation charges. \r \r Regardless . . . these guys play a game of Gotcha; they get your credit card and then BINGO!!! They turn into these rude jerks and start piling on charges!!!! What do they care!!! They have your card number . . . cancel . . . go ahead . . . easiest $50 they ever made!!! You cancelled!!!\r \r When I complained, the rude toothless counterperson barked at me telling me, ""Hay!!! We had to wash it!!"" (I am not kidding!! That is what he said!!!) By then I just wanted to get out of the building and away from these idiots!!\r \r I rented a car from AVIS . . .\r \r DON'T DO IT!!!! These people are crooks!!! Don't give them your card!!\r more
