I had my 2008 Heartland Cyclone's leveling system completely replaced by the Hitch House. Mr. Larry Reynolds and his crew did a very professional installation of the Rieco Titan ground control system that I ordered. It only took one week for them to install this and they had to do some major reworking and welding on my trailer. If you are having problems with your Lippert landing gear system on a Heartland trailer and you don't want to add a whole bunch of hydraulics and the cost of installing hydraulics, I highly recommending buying the R/T system and getting it installed here. This place was highly recommended from a friend, and I understand why she raves about them! I've had 2 different occasions I used the Hitch House. Both experiences have been great. These are folks who go above and beyond to give good service and know what they are talking about. They follow through with their promises, their prices are reasonable, and they are HONEST! Like my friend, I now HIGHLY recommend using them if you need work done on your hitch, your trailer or your motor home. more

We recently purchased an RV from Hitch House and the experience was positive. Everyone was extremely helpful and bent over backwards to accommodate us and make sure we were satisfied customers. The whole experience was great from beginning to end. The service I got was what I look for in a company and I give Hitch House 5 stars! more

They Knew What They Were Doing 6/24/2011

I called Hitch House and they were so polite and courteous over the phone, so I brought my RV in the next day to have it worked on. I filled out some paperwork and they started on my RV almost immediately! They worked very fast, but they also knew what they were doing! more

Went over and above 6/13/2011

They went over and above to get out motor home and tow vehicle set up in one visit since we lived 1 1/2 hours away. Larry even sent his wife to go get parts for us! That kind of service hardly exists anymore. Thanks. more
