great sushi and a nice price. same owners for years and the service is spot on. they do a lot for newbies to japanese cuisine to ease you into the tastes. great for kids.

Great Japanese Food! 12/3/2005

Hirano Japanese Restaurant is downstairs. They have a full lunch menu, and an early dinner menu. You can also take your order to go, if you choose. My favorite was the tempura, because I'm not really that fluent in Japanese cuisine, but I've had other items from Hirano, and I was never disappointed. The staff is very nice, and they are also always smiling. more
