I recently purchased a business in Dothan, Al that needed a new phone system due to the old one not working and was unable to get replacement parts without costing an arm and a leg. I contacted several companies and they came out within a few days gave me a proposal and left. That is what I am typically used to when getting quotes but the last company I called was HInson Communications Inc. The sales representative that came out did not just ask me a question and then hand me a quote then leave. He actually sat down with me and asked me what I wanted in a system and what features I was looking for. I then realized that half the systems that I was quoted did not even have the features do what my business needed. He then told me he would evaluate our discussion and make a recommendation on the system that best suited what he and I discussed. He then came back the next day and we discussed the options available and he discussed my budget with me. Offering financing options and upfront options which none of the other companies even mentioned not that I was needing it but that thought and time he invested in it was more than I expected. He gave me a quote on the system and before he left he turned around and told me that their policy was this if anyone beat their prices that they wanted me to call him back and he would try to beat theirs. I told him that if his service technicians where half dedicated as he was to sales they was the best company in town. He then explained to me that business in Dothan was brutal but he also explained that Hinson Communications Inc had been doing business for over 30 years. With all that being said I went into such great detail because from the start Hinsons was there for me and ended up installing a great system that has not had a problem yet and has been 3 years. I also signed up in there maintenance program and the representative comes out or calls regularly to make sure I am doing ok. I do not know about anyone else but I have never received service like this from any company in this city yet. So do not hesitate calling them.
