Life has its ways of getting the best of us into a place where we do not need to be, in a time that convenience plays the third supporting role and in a state of confusion on how to get it resolved. Recently the world threw me a curve ball at a time when the only thing I could find to swing was my #2 pencil... in other words, I was up S. Creek without a paddle or knowledge of how to swim. Luckily I found Hines, Ranc & Holub on the internet, gave them a call and the rest I'm glad to say, is history! Since my problem resided in Wilco I was asked to discuss my case with Marc Ranc and when meeting with him and Sonya, I came to terms with the seriousness of my alleged charge and understood that Marc was the guy to help me out of this situation. There was nothing but straight-talk at each visit; Marc let me know what I needed to do so he could do what he needed to do. Sonya was phenomenal in maintaining my personal reassurance and my sanity levels attainable through the entire process. When it was time for court appearances, it was easy to identify that Marc knew his way around and exactly what process to follow to get this behind us. Marc laid out the facts to the court, provided a resolution path that held satisfaction amongst all parties and brought a resolution to the case. Where do I begin? Last year was a year I would like to forget. I still try and figure out exactly what happened that night. I found myself in a situation where I did not have a choice but to find legal aide. Never had I been in trouble with the law in my almost 40 yrs of life.I didn't know where to turn or what any of the procedures were. My father was charged with one of the most serious crime known to man, Capital Murder. I sought the help of Mr. Hines and all that comes to mind is the OJ case. All I can say is that if you need a criminal defense lawyer, you would be insane to hire anyone else. His command of the courtroom is impressive. Not long ago I got myself in some pretty deep legal troubles here in Williamson County Texas. I really didn't know where to turn for assistance (especially with the legal system here in Wilco).
