Worst hotel experience--ever! I am an HHonors member and was put in a special room because of it. And special it was. It had adjoining doors on both sides that turn out to be paper thin. Normal conversation penetrated easily. I found this out when the party started next door at 3 AM followed by the clearly audible sex. Not recommended unless you like to listen in to your neighbors in lieu of sleeping. more

great location for event 8/22/2005

This Hilton has some very nice rooms for events and the staff is very helpful getting things ready. We decided to hold our staff Christmas party there last year and it was great. There was plenty of food and it was really good - it wasn't quite ready on time though. The only other problem we had was that they staff didn't throughly understand a game we tried to play and didn't ask and so when we arrived to do our setting up they had already started doing it wrong so I would make sure that they understand any additional events you are planning as part of your event but all in all it is a great place to host an event. more

The Hilton is situated close to Dulles Airport, Smithsonian's aviation museum and Tysons corner. A three-tiered marble and glass atrium welcomes guests into the beautiful lobby of the hotel. The Hotel has a huge fitenss center that has an indoor and outdoor pool, massage rooms, steam and sauna rooms, and tanning beds. They also have a continental cuisine restaurant inside the hotel. Families who book suites can enjoy complimentary breakfasts apart from all the facilities inside the rooms like refrigerators, coffemakers, bathrobes, whirlpools and bars. Children can stay free of charges!! PROS: Lots of amenities CONS: Rates are pretty expensive more
