They should have spent some renovation money on the elevators! Guests were stuck in elevators repeatedly all weekend during this convention. Could not get served in the restaurant all weekend. They booked the whole hotel but only two waiters in the restaurant. Very poor planning for staff. They had 4 tables in the entire restaurant seated and turned away hungry guests stating they could not get to them because they were short staffed. Walls are paper thin - you can hear whispered conversations between the walls. The rooms are very small - hardly room to around.
