I wish your sticker for oil changes also included the next recommended tire rotation mileage or date. Also, past repairs have required several repeat visits before fixing initial problem. There doesn't seem to be a reliance upon the tools available to you (i.e. technology for diagnosis). My uncle had to tell one of your mechanics to use a diagnosis machine after the mechanic repeatedly speculated what the problem "might be." The problem was then revealed after he used the machine. I'm not a mechanic, so having to be specific on diagnosis paths and solutions I've had to consult my uncle when it's not discovered by your staff. More training to diagnosis? I just like being proactive. Your prices seem to be fair and reasonable.
