This barn is not spectacular, but it's not bad either. There are minimal flies in the summer, but in the winter, there is a lot of mud in the runs, and the arena has standing water, even after a light rain.
Stalls are large, the hay is good quality. Money seems to be a large concern for owners though, and they cut corners to save money frequently.
There are really no western riders at this barn.
Pros: Youth oriented, different levels, good hay
Cons: Mud and standing water
